Psychology appointments with younger aged child clients may include play-based practice of various social, communication, assertiveness and coping skills that build capacity towards individual established NDIS goals. Psychology appointments with teenager, young adult and older adult clients may work through issues presenting throughout various life stages such as capacity building towards increased independence, safely accessing the community, adjustment difficulties of navigating learning, social and family relationships, ensuring adequate supports are in place, employment difficulties and general life direction.

GOALS Psychology has a range of resources available when working with clients who are NDIS participants and your psychologist may recommend practice of specific skills between sessions to support progress towards you and/or your child’s specific NDIS goals.
